Metcalfe & Company, Inc. is comprised of Brian P. Metcalfe and Adam J. Metcalfe along with administrative and maintenance personnel. With over 60 years of combined experience, we work exclusively with commercial and industrial properties in Alabama and with individual licenses in seven additional states we can provide our clients with brokerage services throughout the Southeast. Our services include sales, leasing, management, development, consulting, tenant representation and site selection.

We also provide local and regional cooperative representation services in multiple markets in cooperation with some of the nation’s largest real estate companies including CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, Binswanger CBB, Grub & Ellis, Trammel Crow, Northstar Advisory Group, and Staubach to name a few. Through our relationship with national companies such as these and through our individual membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), we are able to assist clients in markets throughout the entire United States.
